Limited Slip Leash

This limited slip leash is made from premium, full-grain 8-10oz Wickett & Craig bridle leather. It is among the highest end vegetable tanned leathers in the world. Located in Curwensville, PA, USA, Wickett & Craig is known for quality, durability, and rich finishes. The leather is drum dyed in a range of finishes then hot stuffed with waxes making this leather smooth and flexible with a waxy texture on both sides. The leather breaks in quickly and gets even better with age.

This slip leash is perfect for taking your dog out for a quick potty break or a walk. The fixed o-ring prevents the collar portion from slipping too far open and is a great place to tie potty bags. It is also very convenient and easy to take on and off during agility or other dog training classes and shows. The 3/8" width makes a wonderful conformation show lead.

BEFORE YOU ORDER:
Sizing: This collar is designed to slide on and off of your dog's head. Measure the circumference around the largest part of your dog's head and under the chin using a cloth measuring tape or string. Make sure the string is tight, but can still go over their head and fit comfortably on their neck. Please include this measurement in your notes during checkout. You may leave a note during checkout about a half-measurement (example: 12.5") also. Do not add any length to the measurement, I will add length to ensure a comfortable fit.

Recommended widths:
3/8" = up to 40 pounds
1/2 = up to 60 pounds
5/8" = up to 90 pounds
3/4" = 90+ pounds

If you need a leash to compete in obedience or confirmation, or if your dog is very well trained, then you can size down in width.
