Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Returns and exchange details

Every item I sell comes with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy in any way, please contact me as soon as possible. If the package is returned to me because of incorrect shipping address, no refund will be given. If your package arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact me so that I can work with you to find a solution and give a refund if appropriate. Personalized orders are final sales. A refund will only be given if the item is not as requested. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Any performance specifications are believed to be true, but are not verified. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of any product and to test and verify before use.
